Adams’ Family

Rachel contacted me early this year about getting family photos done. She was pregnant at the time with her youngest little girl Caitlyn. Her husband Mark hates getting photos taken, as do most men. Fast forward to the fall and he gave in! We met at Fairgrounds Park in Loveland, Colorado on a Saturday evening. I had a second shooter with me who was shadowing me for the day, plus she helped occupy the kids so that I could get Rachel and Mark alone for a bit. They didn’t get any valuable photos of the two of them from their wedding day so Rachel asked if I could get some of just the two of them as well. Anyone who has kids knows that they have their moments, but all of the kids were exceptionally well behaved! I LOVE my job, but this family made me love it even more. During the session Rachel got emotional and expressed how grateful she was to be able to have these photos taken. I may have gotten a little teary eyed with her! I love capturing raw emotion, and now they will have these photos to always look back on what a special day they had together as a family.
